Another programme piece reports that " Bristol Stadium have announced a multi-million pound development for Eastville. Early 1982. The uncertainty was still not sorted and Rovers board of Directors were looking at possible ground sharing deals at Ashton Gate, Twerton Park or staying at Eastville. 13-May-1982. It was announced that Rovers had agreed to stay put for a further 5 years. At the end of which they MUST move out. Compensation of £280,000 would be received at that point. 17-October-1987.
